North Hoyle Offshore Wind Farm: Maintenance Operations, August 2021

Mariners are advised that maintenance operations are due to be carried out by the vessel Gallows Point in the North Hoyle Offshore Wind Farm, starting on the 12th August 2021.  The operations will take approximately 17 days to complete (subject to weather and sea conditions).

Location of works

The maintenance operations will take place throughout all assets of the wind farm and will include sub sea ROV works.

Vessel details

Gallows Point is a 15m Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) and coloured white over grey.  The vessel details, including a link to its present location, are:-

Mariners are requested to keep well clear and pass slowly, particularly when the craft is manoeuvring.  A 500m exclusion zone has been requested around the vessel.  Vessels are requested to gain permission from Gallows Point prior to access / approach if required within the 500m zone.
