A meeting to discuss proposals for an extension to the Gwynt y Môr Offshore Wind Farm, which will be called “Awel y Môr” is scheduled to take place at 1830 on 28th January in Rhyl.
This meeting will be attended by representatives from innogy who are working on the project. An official website for Awel y Môr is currently being set up. In the meantime you can read about the proposed project more generally here.
The purpose of the meeting at this early stage of the project is to enable commercial fishermen and charter angling vessel skippers from the area to meet the team that are working on it, and to obtain information about the planned extension to the wind farm.
