A revised notice to mariners about upcoming work on the Gwynt y Môr wind farm has been issued (here).
In summary, the vessel Tideway Rollingstone will be installing scour protection stones at 11 locations within the Gwynt y Môr wind farm area. This work was due to start this week, but has now been delayed by bad weather last week. Work is now expected to take place between the 15th and 31st January 2012.
All vessels are advised that the Tideway Rollingstone will be monitoring VHF Channel 16. The vessel is dynamically positioned. All other vessels are advised to keep at least 500m clear.
