Mariners are advised that there is presently an unlit buoy to the south of the North Hoyle windfarm.
The buoy is an Acoustic Wave and Current Profiler (AWAC) and is described as a yellow special mark with a yellow solitaire top mark. It is in a depth of 6.2m (LAT) at the following location:-
- AWAC Buoy (unlit): 53° 24.409’N 003° 25.054’W
