Mariners are advised that the jack up vessel MPI Adventure will be carrying out maintenance operations within the Rhyl Flats Offshore Wind Farm off the North Wales coast during March and April 2026.

Maintenance operations
The jack up vessel MPI Adventure is due to be carrying out heavy lifting operations at three wind turbinea in the Rhyl Flats Offshore Wind Farm. The location and coordinates are given below:-
- RF14: 053° 22.771’N 003° 38.620’W
- RF18: 053° 22.388’N 003° 36.925’W
- RF07: 053° 22.903’N 003° 36.600’W

Work is expected to start on the 20th of March 2026 until the 10th of April 2026, subject to weather and sea conditions.
These works are being carried out under Marine Licence CML1466.
Vessel details
MPI Adventure is a jack up vessel measuring 138m in length by 41m in width. The vessel details and a link to its present location are given below:-
- MPI Adventure: jack up vessel | Call sign PCKV
When at the specified location the vessel will be restricted in the ability to manoeuvre and will exhibit signals in accordance with the UK Standard Marking Schedule for Offshore Installations.
Other vessels are asked to give MPI Adventure a 500m wide berth at all times and to gain permission from the vessel before approaching within the 500m zone.
The vessel will monitor VHF Channel 16 at all times.
