The Menai Strait mussel fishery, the first “enhanced” fishery to be MSC certified in the UK, continues to meet this high standard of sustainability.
AWJ worked closely with the Bangor Mussel Producers to help secure the initial certification of this fishery. We have continued to give support to the fishery to ensure that the North Menai Mussel fishery continues to thrive.
